Insurance and Fees

We accept all forms of payments. Our rates are subject to change and are based on types of therapies provided. We are in network with the most of major health insurance provider (Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC etc) and able to bill them directly for services provided. Per client’s request, we also are able to provide a Superbill to the client in order to submit the claims to the insurance carriers. Please contact us with any questions regarding our prices or billing.

PSYCHIATRIC AND PSYCHOTHERAPY RATES (AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2022):

Psychiatric visits:

1) Initial visit/ Psych evaluation = $290
2) Follow up/ Medication management visit = $190
3) Crisis medication change = $230

EMDR/Trauma therapy :

1) 45 min session = $210
2) 60 min session= $250
3) 90 min session = $290

Individual sessions (DBT, CBT, MBCT) :

45 min duration = $195

Family therapy/ couples therapy :

45 min duration : $210

Mental Health Evaluation, Diagnostic and Clinical Impressions are priced based on volume and labor hours spent on the projects. Evals/court documents hourly rate is $550 per hour. Court appearances, expert witness testimonies, any court attendance and visits are subject to $550 billable hour. Other documents are produced at the same hourly rate.
