Alexander Kay is a licensed trauma and relationship therapist, a licensed clinical social worker. Alexander has been working in the field of acute mental illness and addiction for the past fifteen years, specializing in dual diagnoses and crisis stabilization, utilizing various modalities of psycho-therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies (CBT and DBT), as well as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in his clinical practice. Alexander is EMDR trained.

Maria Geraci

Maria Geraci, MSN, APRN-BC, PMHNPBC is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Maria views each client as a Holistic being. Together with the patient, Maria will explore the mind, body, and spirit for empowerment of living a healthy and full life. Maria utilizes evidence based, complementary mental
health modalities, traditional psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy to compose an individualized treatment plan for best results. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Maria can prescribe and monitor your traditional medications and order labs or testing from a holistic perspective. Maria is Certified to prescribe Suboxone MAT, Naltrexone, and Antabuse. Maria offers the same week in-person and telehealth appointments.

Melissa Cooper

Melissa Cooper is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a decade of experience working in the mental health field utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to include EMDR trained, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Person Centered, Trauma focused and Motivational Interviewing. Melissa provides a judgment free, collaborative, safe space to assist every patient with overcoming whatever challenges they may be facing.

Carol Elder

Carol Elder is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. Carol specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem and career struggles, as well as those struggling to overcome addictions. Carol believes the most important part of working with an individual is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with mutual respect between her and the client. Carol worked with employees in a corporate setting after completing her MS in Industrial psychology degree. Carol developed a passion to help individuals make positive changes in their lives and later become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Carol has many years of experience working with severe mental illness and mood disorders. Carol believes that together with the client they will develop goals, treatment plan and to make real changes happen in the client’s life. Carol uses a variety of tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Carol believes in the tenets of positive psychology as a means to help you make changes in one’s life.

Khadine Corniffe

Khadine Corniffe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Khadine has over 10 years of Nursing experience and soon found her way to Nova Southeastern University where she completed her Masters. Her love and passion for people, from childhood, is what led her to mental health nursing. She has worked as a Nurse in various areas including cardiology, outpatient, and Psychiatry. She is a strong believer that “a man that loves what he does has never worked a day in his life.” In her spare time, she enjoys going to her favorite place, the beach, otherwise, she has a lesser passion for the gym where she attempts to create a balanced life.
